Die Haarentfernung wird typischerweise anhand von zwei Schlüsselfaktoren beurteilt: Haardichte und Haardicke. In den ersten zwei Behandlungswochen ist die deutlichste Veränderung eine allmähliche Verringerung der Haardicke. Nach vier bis acht Wochen beginnen die Haarfollikel zu schrumpfen, was zu einer sichtbaren Abnahme der Haardichte führt. Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass Haare verschwindet nicht sofort; stattdessen folgt es einem natürlicher Regressionszyklus, was eine konsequente Behandlung über einen längeren Zeitraum erfordert.
Da das Prinzip der Haarentfernung auf der Absorption von Licht durch Melanin beruht, das in Wärme umgewandelt wird, um den Follikel zu deaktivieren, empfehlen wir, die Behandlungshäufigkeit zu erhöhen, wenn keine Anzeichen einer Reizung (wie etwa Rötungen) auftreten.
