The guarantee will only apply if the device is used for at least 6 weeks and all treatments are logged in the app. For purchases from Amazon or other retailers, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.

Return Process
1.When submitting a return request, please provide records of device usage (such as screenshots from the app).
2.After customer service verifies your request, we will provide you with the return address and specific instructions for the process.
Non-Acceptable Return Conditions
- Any product not purchased from www.sallootbeauty.com.
- If the original product, accessories, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product are missing or damaged.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage or obvious misuse by the user Or any product that appears stained (scratches, food or oil stains, etc.)
- Orders that exceed 90 days from the date of reception.
About Refund
For a refund, please go through the fill out form and we will reply within 3 working days day with refund instructions.
The order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive the return in good condition.
DELAYED OR LOST REFUNDS: If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company as it may take a while for the refund to officially arrive.
About Return Shipping Charges
Device Issues: If the return is due to a machine issue, the shipping cost will be covered by the SALLOOT brand.
Dissatisfaction with Results: If the return is due to dissatisfaction with the results, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
Order Cancellation

- Free cancellation is applicable for products that have not been shipped.
- For products that have already been shipped and received, and are in their original packaging, our customer support representative will provide you with the return address.Return shipping is at the customer's expense

About Price Match
A price match adjustment may occur if a customer purchases a product and later finds that the price has been reduced for the same product. We will consider offering a price match under the following conditions:
