About The Return Process

  • To ensure fair application of the return policy, we recommend following the manual's usage guidelines for at least two months. Significant hair reduction should be noticeable by then. Extending your trial to the full 100 days is advised, as results can vary. The return policy is void if the device is used for less than two months or not as directed.
  • We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on www.sallootbeauty.com. If you bought your items from Amazon, or an authorized retailer, kindly get in touch with the respective retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.

Fill out the return form or contact us via email. After approval, we will send you a printable shipping label that includes our return address and basic information about your returned order.

Attach the Return Label

Pack your return item(s) properly into the original box, and affix the provided return label to the outside of the box.

Send Back the Package

If you require urgent handling of the returned parcels, please contact us and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.

Notification Upon Receipt

About Refund

For a refund, please go through the fill out form and we will reply within 3 working days day with refund instructions.

The order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive the return in good condition.

About Price Match

A price match adjustment may occur if a customer purchases a product and later finds that the price has been reduced for the same product. We will consider offering a price match under the following conditions:

  • Price adjustments are eligible only for lower prices that occur within 7 days from the date of your original order delivery.
  • Clearance and Final Sale products are not eligible for price match adjustments.
